He is a hotheaded aggressive character determined more than ever to win the King of Iron Fist Tournament to prove he is the best fighter in the entire universe. Paul is good friends with the Law Family. When Paul Phoenix was a young boy he idolized Willy Bear Killer Williams and now that he has grown up he has become a prominent world warrior. Despite his success over the ferocious Kuma in the previous tournament Paul didnt have the strength needed to capture the championship. One day while devoting himself to his training with his eternal sparring partner and friend Marshall Law information about a new tournament being held arrived. With his sights set on becoming the worlds best no the universes Paul decides to take part in the tournament. Tekken 2 is a fighting game the second entry in the Tekken series. It was released in arcades in 1995 and for the PlayStation in 1996. The original arcade version of the game was released in Tekken 5s Arcade History mode for the PlayStation 2 in 2007 for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable via the PlayStation Network and in 2009 for Zeebo. There are 10 playable Tekken Fighters in the games arcade version and up to 25 on the roster in total including eight new ones in the console version. The home version also introduced new now-staple game modes to the series. Tekken 2 was a critical as well as commercial success becoming one of the best-selling PlayStation games with about 40000 arcade units and 5.7 million PlayStation copies sold worldwide.
