Start your day with a nutrient rich porridge! Chef Anahita Dhondy is a well-known champion of her traditional Parsi food culture the rich cuisine of Indias Zoroastrian community. Ingredients: 1 cup cooked millets or you could even cook it in the milk 2 cups milk 1 cardamom pod 3 tsp jaggery or more of you like A pinch of salt To top it up: Fresh fruits seeds and nuts! I added moringa powder for extra micronutrients! Method: 1. In a pan add the milk and cardamom 2. Let it come to a boil 3. Add the millets and let it get thick! 4. Add the jaggery mix and taste. 5. Once thick and yummy put into a bowl top with fruits and nuts and some moringa powder if you like! 6. Happy breakfast! Chefs tip: add vanilla if you dont like cardamom!,
