Secret Hidden Bookcase Part 1

In todays episode of HewTube were making another hidden bookcase! This one was built for a client which means I had to make a real plan and make sure this thing fit in place when it was delivered. No second chances this time! Part 1: Were making the bookcase carcass and I decided to add a hidden compartment on the fly! This idea came to me as I was going through the introduction of the video and you can see the moment of epiphany! Part 2: Im installing some heavy duty wheels 2700lbs rated on a massive piece of angle iron. Were also using 4 of the beefiest SOSS hinges to make sure this thing swings properly when its fully loaded with books! Part 3: Is all about the face frame and stain. Theres a lot of tricky cuts with this design as the casing needs to move with the bookcase when it opens.
