St. Paul Manila Filmmakers Forum 2016 Teaser 2

In celebration of the International Womens month St. Paul University Manilas Mass Communication Program is inviting your program and your students to participate in the St. Paul Manila Filmmakers Forum for International Womens Month 2016 Images of Gender in Philippine Independent Filmmaking in the Early 21st Century. Four independent short films on gender issues will be screened. The directors of each film will give an artists talk after each screening. The filmmakers will also engage in an open forum with the audience. The culminating activity for the day will be a short collaborative filmmaking workshop for the audience to be facilitated by the filmmakers. Featuring: Gamu-Gamo Embers by Will Sim Garcia Hagdan Flight of Steps JP V. Carpio Sonambulista by Universe Baldoza Kasaysayan ng Isang Ina by Ruelo Zendo The activity will be held on April 1 Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Levesville Hall St. Paul University Manila Pedro Gil Street Manila.
