Part 1: Stage 1 Doing it w a shirtrag: 0:33 Stage 2 Reverse Original Bonebreak Variation: 1:43 Stage 3 Reverse Original Bonebreak: 3:30 Stage 4 Original Bonebreak: 4:48 The reason why I teach the reverse bonebreak before completing with the regular bone break is because the reverse is easier and gets your shoulder ready for the regular bone break. Also the reverse bonebreak variation is easier than the reverse and gets your shoulder ready for the reverse bonebreak. PROTIP: Even after you are able to finally learn the jumprope itll still take some time before you can learn to do it without warming up and getting your shoulder ready. So to quickly warm up simply do stage 2 the reverse bonebreak variation a few times then do the reverse bonebreak then finally the regular bonebreak. This is the quickest method for warming up for the original bonebreak. Ex: You want to show your friends your new bonebreak. But your shoulder isnt stretched out and hurts a ton. Just do the quick stage 2 stage 3 then finally stage 4. It can take 15-30 seconds max to warmup if you do it correctly. Part two of the original bonebreak or the part I show in this video took me around a month to learn when first learning it on my right shoulder. Reason why it took so long? I kept trying to keep doing the shirt method until I could get my fingers close enough to do it without the shirt. But for some reason at a certain point I just couldnt go any further. However when I relearned this bonebreak on my left shoulder which wasnt flexible at all since I only bonebreak and do stretches on my right shoulder I learned this part fairly quickly maybe 15 minutes. For some magic reason doing the reverse original bonebreak variation is pretty easy to do and gets your arm warmed up for the reverse original bonebreak which gets it warmed up for the original bonebreak. Part 2 of my original bonebreak tutorial. More tutorials coming. My Channel : ,
