Steven Universe The Movie: Flawed but Impactful

Now I wanna write a musical. Steven Universe The Movie was a heavily anticipated release for me. I was not a fan of Change Your Mind and believe its one of the worst finales Ive ever experienced in my entire life. The movie provided Rebecca Sugar and her Crewniverse with the opportunity to right that wrong and give the series the finale it deserved. Steven Universe The Movie is by no means perfect I have tons of issues with its writing in particular but when the film shines its really something special the story presentation Spinels arc along with her role as a villain and the music all culminate in a product that is flawed but truly impactful.
