Ingredients: 5 to 7 roma tomatoes 1 red onion 12 cup chopped green onion 1 jalapeno pepper drizzle of olive oil juice from 1 lime salt and pepper Directions: 1. Start with chopping your tomatoes into small cubes and place them into a large mixing bowl 2. Chop your red onion into small cubes and place them in the bowl 3. Chop your green onion jalapeño cilantro and place them in the bowl followed by salt pepper drizzle of olive oil and lime juice 4. Mix all the ingredients together and serve with corn chips!
