A little fact: In Devil Violist Paganini the Paganini actually played only 1 variation of Paganinis Variations on Carnival of Venice which is the first variation. The other 2 are taken from here with third one slightly altered. This set of variations are amazing and Id say this is one of the best works Ernst has surpassed Paganini.
