Major Bug fixed in ILLuvium zero Not loading Illuvium Zero Preference Data PC We have identified issues where using the remember details option is preventing you from logging in. Follow the steps below to delete the Illuvium Zero preferences for the game. Clear Preferences 1. Make sure the Illuvium Zero App is closed 2. Press the Windows key R on your keyboard to open the Run command 3. Type regedit into the Run command and press Enter to open the Registry Editor 4. In the Registry Editor navigate to ComputerHKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareIlluviumIlluvium Zero 5. Right-click on the Illuvium Zero folder and select Delete to remove it from the registry 6. Close the Registry Editor 7.
