TrueNAS Scale Plex docker app migration and configuration

In this video I share my problems solutions relating to migrating older versions of Plex inside TrueNas scale. I cover issues related to SMB share using the same dataset path as the Plex mounted Dataset causing Plex to not even deploy. Likewise I discuss where IX Systems stored Application data from docker apps and how to move it to a specific location controlled by you in order to retain you app settings going forward. Note Feb 19 2023: I had to change onwership of the PlexData folder to chown -R plex:users in order to get Plex to be able to access the files otherwise I would get access errors when trying to play media,
