Just over 5.3k life now some more armor and regeneration basically swapped out the Carnage Heart amulet for one with a fat life roll and a bit of manal-leech then removed all mana leech from the passive skill tree and changed it for health armor and regen. Regarding Abyss Jewels they all just come with added clawelemental damage on hit and a bit of life.,
