MacBook Pro Retina 13 Screen Flicker Issue

Anyone find a good solution to this issue yet? My laptop is going back to Apple for the 2nd time now. They didnt see anything the first time but now I got it on video at least. This is crazy for this price machine. This seems to be an issue for a lot of people with the new retina screens.,
