Introducing our new Halloween tutorial just for you! ? This tutorial is divided into five sections for better organization and clarity. In the first section we will create fabulous frizzy hair together. Moving on to the second section we will focus on the upper body. The third section will guide you through making the shirt. In the fourth section well craft the hat and in the fifth and final section well create the wand.
