Subnautica How to enable console with REGEDIT cheat

This is for the people who cant open subnautica with F8 button and cant find any cheats without a console. Its very simple all you need to do is chance a setting on regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREUnknown WorldsSubnautica very easy.
