Visit to see this 1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe Convertible for sale from Left Coast Classics in Sonoma California. This is a very attractive Plymouth Special Deluxe ready for spring and summertime cruising. This is an older restoration that still looks great! Very nice body glass and straight trim. Paint has a nice shine to it and the panel alignments are good. All in all this is a very presentable Plymouth. The car is mechanically strong and sound starts immediately and runs smoothly. Shifting and suspension are nice and tight and the car runs cool. Recent 2600 service including carburetor rebuild brake and fuel systems gauges and other items. The electrical system was converted to 12 volts and a gauge drop was installed to keep them accurate. The interior and top are both in good shape the accessories and gauges are in good working order and the car is very comfortable and easy to drive. The power top needs a little push to get it past the center and the horn and clock are not working. Otherwise everything else seems to be in good working order.
