I got stuck in a terrible rainstorm and shorted out my Headlights and was receiving an Adaptive Light Control ALC failure message. I called Maserati and they stated I needed to replace both headlights at a cost of 4300 EACH Not including installation. Id assume over 10K just to replace the headlights at the dealership. I did some googling and it appears the Headlight ECU gets shorted out quite often due to its placement and I couldnt find a video or a DIY on how to remove the headlights so thought this may be useful for anyone looking for some assistance. This was specifically focused on the Headlight ECU replacement but can also be applied for those looking to replace a bulb and need access to the Headlights. Through my research I found a replacement part made for an Audi that was identical at a fraction of the cost from Scuderia.
