CrossFit Open 24.2 CrossFit Hermitage

The second of three weekend competition workouts is done dusted! This weeks theme was HOLIDAY MASH-UP and these guys gals ran with it for sure! dont judge us Eric Doxy Kazuri Arai Gui Passes and Laura Bobbitt each scored bonus points for their respective teams by placing FIRST in the workouts on Saturday. Extra points were tallied for bringing a spectator doing some balance work and hitting some yoga and SWEAT classes during the week.Team Dino Nuggets pulled together to earn the spirit points again...and after aaaaallllll points were tallied for the week...they also won this weeks TROPHY! CONGRATS to everyone we cant wait to see what happens this Saturday for our 3rd and final week! .
