Shostakovich - Prelude 4 years violinist

This duet is the first of a series of 5 duets for 2 violins and piano by Dmitri Shostakovich. I played this piece during my music exam this Summer. I played the first violin and my teacher played the second violin. My friend Irma accompanied me on piano. I have sweet memories of this piece so I wanted to record the first and second violin by myself in a video. Irma recorded and sent me the piano backing track to play along to. About music exams in The Netherlands: There are 4 official grades in music: A B C and D. I have done A and B now. For every grade exam you have to pass a theoretical and a practical test. So its a music theory test and later you have to play various things for a jury études a piece sightreading etc.. After passing the D exam you are good enough to enter in a conservatory.
