Lagoon in the middle of the forest

This was my first time experience but I did it.. 4 times going up using the different ropes. So heres the rules always put ur body in the middle of the rope. look where you gonna step Dont put ur finger on the ring they provided the ring for rope only not for the fingers to put on too dangerous once u slip and ur finger will be stock.. Just use your own strategy When you are coming down just hang yourself relax and straight your knees kick towards the rock..
