How to install customer mouse cursors in SUSE Linux

This video shows one way to install different mouse cursors in SUSE Linux Tumbleweed. Im sure there has to be a better way but I couldnt find any instructions and had to figure it out. Most information is very old and not the latest version of GNOME and SUSE.,
