Two people Su Jeong Im Hwang Jung Min with chronic illnesses meet at a rehabilitation clinic and fall in love. They buy a cottage together in the country and start their own farm living in holistic ways. When both are feeling better the man decides he doesnt want this humdrum country life anymore and leaves taking up with an old girlfriend again Gong Hyo Jin in the city. What will happen to the girl he left behind? I think this main theme here played on guitar piano and orchestra is one of the most beautiful melodies Ive ever heard in any film.,
