So TOTY Marcelo was packed in a random 100K50K TOTY pack hunt. Not from earning packs in the series. So if I pack a good player while opening 100K packs I cannot use them right away. They go into the pot of potential to be unlocked. This makes the series more fair and adds a new fun dimension to it.
