Set aside. 2 Combine diced mango sliced 3-5 leaves parsley 1 tbsp diced shallotonion and 1 tsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set Aside. 3 Gently mash avocado flesh and add 1 tsp lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Set aside. 4 Slice lettuce thinly. Combine 2 tsp mayonnaise salt and pepper 1-2 drops worcestershire sauce and 13 mustard for the lettuce dressing.
