Neural Network Music

I fed a machine a bunch of music I wrote and it learned how to play like me. This video shows a compilation of samples produced by the model during training. The blue line represents the loss value along the time axis for training. As the model recognizes patters in the provided input my songs it updates its neurons and loss decreases. The expressions from 0:46 - 1:02 dont match any chord structures or melodies from any of my compositions. To me its a truly creative original piece from the machine. I think its really fascinating and beautiful. ,
