Saffron tres leches cake!!!. . 1. Beat 1 egg. 2. Add 12 cup sugar. 3. Add 12 cup milk. 4. Add 1 cup all purpose flour. 5. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. 6. 12 teaspoon baking soda 1 spoon baking powder. 7. 14 cup oil. 8. mix without lumps. 9. Mix saffron in milk and add to enhance the flavour. 10. Grease cake mould with oil and pour batter. 11. Preheat otg oven for 10 minutes 180 deg celcius and bake 35 minutes. Frosting: 1. Beat 1 cup of vegan whipping cream . 2. Add 12 cup of powdered sugar and beat till stiff peak forms. Saffron milk. 1. Take 2 cup of boiled milk and once its warm add saffron and mix it. 2. To that add some pistachios and dry rose petals. Decorating cake: 1. Now demould the cake and cut its top and prick around . 2. Pour the saffron milk at its top and leave it for an hour. 3. Now place the cream at its top and sprinkle chopped pistachios and petals. 4. Cut the cake and plate the pieces . Pour the saffron milk and have it. 5. Simple Saffron tres leches cake ready!!!!.,
