Learn how to use the XJ memory seats and seat adjustments for maximum comfort. How to adjust the front seats: Switch on the ignition. Use the control on the outer edge of the seat to make adjustments. The long button at the lower edge is used to move the seat forwards or backwards. Move the button up or down to adjust the height of the seat. The vertical button is used to adjust the angle of the seat back. How to adjust the steering column: Use the controls on the side of the steering column to adjust the reach of the steering wheel by moving it forward or rearwards.
