Spanish journalist detained in Poland on alleged spy charges takes case to ECHR

Pablo Gonzalez a Spanish journalist detained in Poland on the border with Ukraine back in February on allegations of spying for Russia while covering the refugee crisis has taken his case to the European Court of Human Rights.
