Вегетарианский овощной суп это суп без мяса.Суп состоит только из овощей и поэтому легкий для пищеварения и полезный. Вегетарианский суп можно варить с любыми овощам которые вы любите, а для усиления вкуса добавлять готовые бульонные кубики.Этот суп я варила из следующих овощей: 1)картофель 5-6 шт 2)лук репчатый 2-3 шт 3)морковь 1шт 4)капуста 300 гр 5)пакет замороженных овощей 400 гр Петрушка,чеснок и зеленый лук в конце по желанию. В кастрюлю на 4 литра наливаем воды 3,5 литра и ставим закипать.Чистим и режем все овощи, обжариваем только лук и морковь(хотя можно не обжаривать если лень)))тоже получится хорошо)В кипящую воду закладываем все овощи , бульонные кубики одновременно и хорошо перемешиваем чтобы кубики растворились.Варим 20...
