Testing the new .22 lr self-defense ammunition from CCI with my KEL-TEC P17. It features a copper jacketed hollow point bullet with skiving to help the bullet open up and expand into 6 petals all the while delivering around 8 inches of penetration in ballistic gel when fired from 2.5" to 4" semi auto pistols... or at least that's what's advertised... the ads show beautifully expanded bullets.... does it deliver? The Regional Transit Authority in Cleveland says the confrontation happened three weeks ago but didn't know about it until seeing the video.
