To celebrate 20 years since the release of Girls Aloud’s debut album, Sound Of The Underground has been given a full deluxe makeover with a 20th anniversary edition reissue. Included is the alternative version of the chart-topping track, which features Cheryl, Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding singing on different lines. "Sound of the Underground" is the debut single of British-Irish pop group Girls Aloud, later featured on their debut album of the same name. The song was written by Miranda Cooper, Brian Higgins, and Niara Scarlett, and produced by Higgins and his production team Xenomania.
