The Loomis method is a technique using simple shapes and measured landmarks to sculpt a human head. I started this one in 2022 August, so it took me about a year, on and off process of course. Yes, yes it took too much for just one sculpture even as in a hobbiest standard. Nevertheless, I'm happy I finished it eventually. Personally, I don't imagine dinosaurs with super fancy horns or osteoderms unless they are confirmed in the fossil record. So I didn't put any specific skin texture or osteoderms. sometimes those things are hm...it's just... too much. so I rather not to. Nomad Sculpt 1.55 came with lots of new and exciting features and one of my favorites is the addition of being able to use texturing as well as alphas. That means that you can simply use any texture or image that you like and drag it onto the surface of your model whether that be skin, patterns, tattoos, graphics, lettering you name it. It does support transparent PNG files so you can make complex images with their backgrounds removed and use them right there on your model. it's a beautiful day outside. birds are singing, flowers are blooming... on days like these, kids like you.... making Sans Cosplay! So hree's a random one, , it's a sculpt I've thought about a few times in the past as a hypothetical idea, but never thought I've had the time to do it. Then, one night I just thought ... yeah, I can do this, why not! It'll be cool if I do it this way, so I did. This is about an 7hour sculpt, I know, seems long, but I had to redo a bunch of the work about half way through and getting the overall shape was actually pretty hard.
