This is the 5th main stage in the game and it requires you to grow your Katamari to 1.5 meters within 13 minutes. The stage has a royal present with a crow hanging it with its feet. There are two methods to get it though. You can get it when you are 70 centimeters and you go on the road on the right at the 45cm section and there should be a green fence ramp which you can dash from.
