In fixing my crashed DJI Mini 2, I got wonderful information from 3 videos on the @howfixit YouTube channel. Ribbon Cable Replacement Gimbal Replacement Video Gimbal Calibration (He's using a different Model DJI Drone) The first two videos were great - I followed them precisely, and got the parts replaced with no problems. The Gimbal Calibration video was very helpful, and I would have gotten nowhere without it, but he's not using a Mini 2 in that video, and apparently the Mini 2 has a different way of working with it's USB port.
