Периметральный профиль, проходящий по всему периметру здания, создает завершённость и целостность архитектурной композиции. При входе располагается клумба, через проем которой прорастают изящные кипарисы. Аналогичный балочный проем также расположен симметрично справа, подчеркивая гармонию и баланс архитектурно-ландшафтной композиции. Площадь объекта - 230 кв.м. Количество этажей - 1 Количество комнат - 6 Сдача проекта - 2022 г. Дом расположен на просторном участке и окружён лесом, поэтому одним из пожеланий заказчика было сохранить и подчеркнуть его связь с природой. Для этого как нельзя лучше подошёл классический английский стиль ― уютный и основательный. Черепичная кровля и кирпичные стены в тёплых оттенках превосходно сочетаются с панелями под натуральный травертин, которыми отделаны окна, цоколь, угловые русты, массивные дымоходы, крытая парковка и парадная входная группа.
