[백종원 레시피 참조] 🍜 [재료] 너구리라면 2봉지, 대패삼겹살 120g, 냉동오징어 1마리(시판용), 양배추100g, 양파1/2, 대파 1대, 숙주150g, 고추가루 2스푼, 진간장2스푼, 물 1200ml 🍜 [만드는법] 1. 대파,양배추,오징어 굵게 썰어주세요 2. 양파는 얇게 채썰어주세요 3. 프라이팬에 기름을 두른후 대패삼겹살 넣어주세요 4. 양파와 대파도 함께 넣어 강불에서 볶아주세요 5. 양파가 노릇해질때 양배추를 넣어볶아주세요 6. 진간장을 프라이팬의 가장자리에 부어 불맛이 스며들 수 있도록 강불에서 골고루 볶아주세요 7. 고춧가루를 넣고 볶아주세요. (타지 않게 주의해주세요.) 8. 볶아놓은 재료에 뜨거운 물을 부어주세요 (물은 따로 끓여준비해주세요) 9. 오징어를 넣어주세요 10. 라면스프와 면을 넣은후, 숙주도 넣고 끓여주세요 (끓이는 시간은 기호에 따라 조절해주세요) 11. 그릇에 담고 고명으로 송송 썬 대파,청양고추를 얹어주면 완성 🍜 Spicy seafood and pork belly noodle [Ingredients] 2 packs of 3min noodle, sliced pork belly 120g, squid, Cabbage, 1/2 Onion, spring onion, Bean sprout 150g, hot pepper powder 2T, Soy sauce 2T, water 120g [How to make] 1. Slice spring onion, cabbage and squid 2. Slice onion thin 3. Put some oil on a pan and fry sliced pork belly 4. Add sliced onion and spring onion 5. When they are slightly cooked, add sliced cabbage 6. Pour soy sauce to the edge of the pan so it can make some grilled smell 7. Add hot pepper powder and fry (be careful to not burn the ingredients 8. Add hot water to the fried ingredients ( get ready of boiling water) 9. add sliced squid 10. Put noodle, noodle powders and sprouts 11.
