I love hearing from you guys :D Twitter: @vijayaselvaraju Instagram: @vijayaselvaraju Here's the recipe: For the Pasta 50 g of Gluten Free Spaghetti 6 Pieces of Asparagus Trimmed and Cut into 1 inch Pieces 1 Clove of Garlic Thinly Sliced 10 Kalamata Olives Pitted and Roughly Chopped 1 tbsp Capers Chopped 1 Pinch of Crushed Chili Flake 1 inch of Anchovy Paste from a Tube (Or 2 Whole Anchovies) 1/2 cup of Pureed Whole Canned Tomatoes (or Tomato Sauce/Strained Tomatoes) 80 g tin of Italian Oil Cured Tuna Parsley Boil Pasta according to directions on the package. Reserve 1 cup of the starchy water it is being cooked in towards the end of the cooking process. Just before it is done, add Asparagus and cook for 30 seconds. Drain Pasta and Asparagus in Colander and set aside. In a small frying pan (Medium-High Heat), add 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and Garlic. Sautee for 30 second or until fragrant. Add Chopped Olives, and Capers. Sautee until they start to sizzle. Add 1 pinch of Crushed Chili and allow to lightly toast in the oil. Then pour in Tomato Sauce, and cook on Medium-High heat to reduce. Approximately 2 minutes. Add cured Tuna and gently break apart and incorporate into sauce. Transfer Pasta and Asparagus to the pan with the sauce and gently stir. Add a few tablespoons of the reserved starchy cooking liquid from the pasta until it is able to glide around the pan with ease and a nice viscous sauce has formed. Garnish with chopped fresh Flat Leaf Parsley and serve immediately.In recent years, many monster truck competitions have ended with a "freestyle" event.
