Daha sonra ufak tencereme alıyorum ve nişastasını ekleyip pişiriyorum. İrmiği için; 1 lt süt 9 yemek kaşığı irmik 10 yemek kaşığı şeker 1 paket vanilya 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı Vanilya ve tereyağını en son ekliyorum. İlk önce jeli kek kalıbına döküp buzlukta soğumaya bırakıyorum. 1 saat kadar buzlukta kalıyor. Daha sonra çıkartıp pişen irmiğimi kek kalıbına döküyorum. Yaklaşık 4-5 saat kadar buzdolabında dinlendiriyorum. Ve servise hazır😌 Deneyenlere afiyet olsun 🤤 😋
