Масло трем на терке и перетираем вместе с мукой до крошки добавляем сахарную пудру, желток и замешиваем тесто, долго вымешивать не надо(если тесто слишком сухое и не собирается в единый комок добавьте немного сметаны или воды) Распределяем тесто по форме формируя невысокий бортик, накалываем вилкой и отправляем в заранее разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 10 минут ⠀ 2. К творогу добавляем сметану, манку, сахар, ванильный сахар, щепотку соли, желтки и перебиваем все блендером до однородной массы ⠀ 3. На основу выкладываем творожную массу и отправляем выпекаться еще 25 минут ⠀ 4. К белкам добавляем щепотку соли, сахар и ванильный сахар взбиваем миксером до устойчивых пиков ⠀ 5.
