Stuffed and deep-fried banana peppers are a delicacy in Sri Lanka. Helping to stuff them as a kid was not my favorite job! Over the years, I have gotten better at stuffing and deep-frying. It is good to fry them one by one on medium to high heat as all the ingredients are pre-cooked prior to frying. These can be eaten as an appetizer, side, or as an entree. People do not only visit the store for the extraordinary macarons, but also for the unicorn atmosphere in the store. Trust me, you are going to love it! (p.s. Today is the day they start accepting orders online, which means, you do not need to actually visit the store to taste their amazing products.
