Recipe is below: LONGEVITY NOODLES WITH TIGER PRAWNS STIR FRY Longevity noodles are also known as yee mein or efu noodles. Often served in Chinese banquets for New Year, birthdays and anniversaries. Ingredients: 1/2 package longevity noodles (124 grams or 4 ounces) 2 tablespoons cooking oil 3 tablespoons sliced onions 3 tablespoons sliced celery 3 tablespoon sliced zucchini 2 slice Chinese mushrooms 3 tablespoons sliced green onions 6 tiger prawns 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon oyster flavored sauce Put longevity noodles in boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Put noodles in a strainer. One package makes 2 orders. Soak Chinese mushrooms for at least 2 hours and slice. Take shell and legs off prawns and remove the vein off the back of the prawn. Slice all the vegetables. Preheat a pan at medium heat and add cooking oil. Stir fry vegetables, Chinese mushroom briefly. Add prawns last and do not overcook prawns. Add noodles and stir fry briefly. Add salt, sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster flavor sauce. Turn heat on high and stir fry for final 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve on a nice place.
