Das Fleisch einfach am Abend vorbereiten und am nächsten Tag in den Backofen stellen. Eignet sich perfekt als ein festlicher Braten für die Feiertage. Zutaten: Lammschulter 1,5 kg 70 ml Olivenöl 4 Zehe Knoblauch 1/2 Zitrone 2-3 TL Salz 2 TL Thymian 1 TL Pfeffer 1/2 TL Kreuzkümmel Zubereitung: Das Fleisch unter kaltem Wasser abspülen und trockentupfen. Mit einem Messer in das Fleisch mehrmals einschneiden damit die Marinade besser einziehen kann. Erstmal mit Olivenöl bestreichen, dann mit Gewürzen rundherum einstreichen, sowie mit gepressten Knoblauch und dem Saft einer halben Zitrone. Das Fleisch auf einen Backpapier legen und die Seiten einklappen, ein zweites Backpapier drauf legen um das ganze Fleisch zu bedecken. So bleibt das Bratsud drinne und das Fleisch schmort in eigenem Saft. Um alles zu stabilisieren und die Temperatur zu erhalten, wird das Lamm mit Alufolie eingewickelt. Am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank marinieren lassen, ansonsten mindestens 2 Stunden. In den kalten Backofen schieben, die Temperatur auf 200°C Umluft einstellen und für 2,5 Stunden schmoren lassen. Nach der Garzeit die Alufolie vorsichtig einschneiden den Braten umsetzen und den verbleibenden Bratsud umfüllen.
