РЕЦЕПТ 300 гр муки 200 гр сметаны 100 гр сливочного масла 50 гр сахара 8 гр разрыхлителя 1 пакетик ванильного сахара ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ сметану смешать с мягким комнатной температуры маслом . Добавить сахар и ванильный сахар . Все перемешать. Просеяную муку смешать с разрыхлителем и вмешать в сметанно-масляную масу.замесить мягкое тесто и поставить в холодильник на 40-50 минут. Винуть из холодильника. припылить мукой рабочую поверхность и расскатать пласт толщиной 5-7 милиметров и вырезать печенье. Каждое печенье обмакнуть в сахар и выложить на противень. Выпекать в разогретой духовке до 175-180°С 18-20 минут до золотистого цвета.
