Hello Drewrees, Welcome back to our channel we hope you are keeping well, today we are back with the classic okrosoup we all love so much, but this time prepared with beef only, tender beef cuts and expensive as Mr Drewry says! lol 😆 we hope you like and enjoy this recipe! thank you for watching and see you soon xx Ingredients: meat preparation: 2kg beef cuts 1 sliced onion 1 scotch bonnet 2 thumbsize ginger 1 tbsp adobo 1 tbsp beef flavouring stock 1 tbsp all purpose savoury seasoning 1/2 tbsp steak seasoning optional 1 maggi optional 1/2 tbsp salt 1 l water okro preparation: 930gr okro 3 cups water 100 gr oyster mushrooms optional 1/2 tsp baking soda stew preparation: 1 1/5 cup to 2 cups zomi palm oil 1 sliced onion 1 fresh tomato 3 scotch bonnet 1/2 cup water 1 onion 1 maggi 1tbsp all purpose savoury seasoning 1 tbsp beef flavouring stock Hello friends!
