Cottage cheese donuts with aromatic tea is the best dish for your breakfast or for teabreak in the middle of the day. This cottage cheese desert is so light and tender and your family and friends will surely like it. So let's make sweet pastries at home with pleasure and inspiration Ingredients: - cottage cheese 400 gr. - salt 0.5 tsp, - sugar 3 tbsp. -, 2 eggs, - bicarbonate of soda 0.5 tsp. extinguish with vinegar, - flour 6 tbsp. -vegetable oil for frying. For tea: - mint - ginger - Strawberry - lemon - orange Add salt, sugar, eggs to cottage cheese. We mix. Then add flour and mix well until smooth. From the resulting mixture we make balls. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. We heat it up and fry the donuts over medium heat until golden. Let's make tea: Pour boiling water over strawberries, lemon, orange, ginger and mint. Add honey to taste. Infuse 3-4 minutes. How to cook noodles in the Instant Pot. Delicious broth made in the Instant Pot. These noodles are made from sweet potatoes. These noodles are chewy and smooth in texture. They are excellent for slurping. You can also use other kinds of noodles for this recipe. Recipe is below: CHINESE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 1 chicken thigh 200 grams noodles (sweet potato noodles) 3 tablespoons cooking oil (peanut oil or other) 2 tablespoon ginger 6 cloves garlic 1 small carrot sliced 1 1/2 litres water (6 cups) Salt to taste Soak noodles in cold water for 30 minutes. This is for sweet potato noodles in this recipe. Other types of noodles may require different prepartion. Set Instant Pot on "saute" setting on high heat. Add cooking oil. Add ginger, garlic and carrots. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken thigh and sear on both sides. Total saute time: 10 to 20 minutes. Add water to make the broth. Set at high pressure setting and cook for 5 to 15 minutes, longer for more flavor After finished cooking, set the Instant Pot to "saute" setting again. Set at high heat for 10 minutes. Put the noodles in the broth. Take out chicken thigh and shred the chicken meat and put back into the broth. The sweet potato noodles in this recipe take 5 minutes to cook. Other noodlers may take longer to cook. Serve the chicken noodle soup in a nice bowl. Enjoy! Note: If you cook this recipe in an ordinary pot, increase the cooking time 4 times as long. The noodles you add in the last 5 minutes, if you are using the sweet potato noodles.
