Again, I checked on the raw file extracted from the direct recording from the ATEM Mini Pro and there is no such problem, the video was normally smooth without any jumps. I suspect it as got to do with my Final Cut Pro X editing software, it happens mostly immediately after I have made a cut/trim on the video.
