Тут безліч затишних кутків, де можна досліджувати, як краще розливати калюжки. А надто сподобався Дарочці мій кабінет і його околиці, проте іноді воліє вона їдальню. А ще любить вона пробувати, на чому краще спати (тобто: на рушниках, на руках у людей, посеред розквітлої клумби, на вінику, на щойно випрасуваній білизні, в кошику, в господарській сумці, на козячій шкурці, на черевиках, на парниковому склі, на лопаті із сміттям, на рогожці, а бува, й на землі). Є також речі, на яких можна гратися, наприклад, сходи, що по них гарно скотитися стрімголов (оце так весела забава, думає собі Дарочка, падаючи шкереберть зі сходів). А є речі небезпечні й лукаві, як ото двері, що несподівано так і хряпнуть по лобі або прищемлять лапку чи хвостик. Дарочка тоді скавучить, ніби її хто ріже, а потім іще якийсь час плаче на заспокійливих людських руках. Recently we entered a contest on facebook run by the Friendship Circle of Michigan where the top 14 vote getters would win a bike. The first kid would get the first pick out of the 14 bikes available, and the second the next choice, and so on.
