Затем пересыпать гречку в кастрюлю, залить холодной водой в размере 1:2. Когда крупа закипит, добавить соль по вкусу, затем сделать небольшой огонь, чтобы крупа томилась. Сливочное масло выложить в пиалу, добавить одну столовую ложку куркумы (без горки) и хорошо размять. Сливочное масло можно заменить растительным - это не испортит блюдо. После того, как гречка потомится 5-7 минут добавить смесь масла и куркумы в крупу, плотно накрыть крышкой и дать потомиться еще 5 минут. Снять с плиты кастрюлю, накрыть полотенцем и дать каше дойти до полной готовности. В состав куркумы входят витамины, кальций, йод и железо. Благодаря этим элементам куркума является отличным профилактическим средством, мощным антисептиком.
