The idea behind this is to create a piece of software that an individual can use to abstractly explore the process of building computers from the bottom up. My main inspirations are Minecraft and The Nand Game. Both of those games provide similar experiences, but neither of them quite deliver the experience I am looking for. I am developing the tool with the Unity Game Engine. I use Blender and MagicaVoxel for modeling and asset creation. Ultimately, I plan to release the tool with all of the nodes and a sandbox mode free of charge with additional tutorial and project modules for paid download. Accessibility of education is very important to me, so I will endeavour to create builds for Windows, Mac, and Linux. I want to explore version for IPads and/or Android Tablets. If you would like to help with the tool's development, let me know. I work mainly on Windows 10, so I would love to have other people test out the tool on different platforms. In addition, I am looking for individuals to test color palettes and controls for accessibility. Unfortunately, I will not be able to upload a build at this time.
