Wolfenstein The Old Blood Ruins nightmare - Complete the nightmare in chapter 6 Wolfenstein: The Old Blood has total 9 Nightmare Levels. You unlock the Nightmare Level by finding the Location in each Chapter of the Game. There is no way to play the Nightmare Levels from the Chaptermenu or Mainmenu, you have to go through the Chapters if you miss a Nightmare Level.
