Smooth. Sweet. My favorite so far. Salmiak Licorice (salty) 0.75% - not sure that I get "salty" from this per se, but there is something "extra" going on. The black licorice is spot on, much nicer than other ones I have tried. (more authentic to overseas black licorice, compared to crappy Americanized stuff) second favorite. Cookie Dough - 1% - do not get chocolate chip cookie dough from this as I get 0 chocolate. It would be more liken to a sugar cookie dough or cc cookie without the chocolate. Would be good to add to a cookie to add more depth but couldn't see this as a "base" cookie in a recipe Chocolate Frosting - 1% - tastes like what it says it is. milk chocolate frosting out of the tub. I would add WF cocoa at maybe 0.25% to increase chocolate note (or maybe I mixed it slightly too high) but it's a good flavor. Salted Caramel - 0.25% - more on the darker side of caramel with again, something "extra" which I could see as "salt". Would be fantastic in a Cracker jack recipe.
